Delve AI is a SaaS company that generates and enables interactions with group level abstractions such as personas for its clients. Personas are fictional, composite sketches based on psychographic/behavioral/demographic/geographic/transactional similarities within groups of users/customers. Such group level, anonymized insights are generated from first-party data (website analytics and CRM data, for example) and public data sources (reviews, blogs, social media, forums and communities, for example) using data enrichment and machine learning techniques.
